Summer 2010

January 2011
Even though I'm still young I never had much of a reason to go out and do any physical activity or any kind of sports. I do a lot of graphic design and fashion work, so I'm pretty much sitting all day and working on projects for school. Still, it got to a point where my stomach was getting pretty big. I was wearing size 36" pants and they were fitting just about right. Now, after working out with Tiger, those pants are too big for me. I dropped down to at least size 34" and I'm still working on to get even leaner.
It was real fun working-out with Tiger because he changed things up a lot and kept me motivated. Every week I had to drive to his gym in Koreatown from Fullerton which took about an hour because of traffic. But I didn't mind the drive at all. I think Tiger has a way of inspiring you so that you look forward to those training days rather than trying to do it on your own.
A while back I got a trainer from 24 Hour Fitness but he wasn't as interesting or fun. The guy never kept me engaged on the things I had to do and sometimes it felt like he was just trying to push me over my limit. Tiger was cool because he knew my strength level and worked with the pace I wanted to move. In about 3-4 months, I lost 15 lbs. of fat. And Tiger worked my muscle groups in a scientific way so that I will look even leaner than most guys at my same weight and height.
I also want to mention that I took Tiger's Leantone Max pills which were also really, really helpful. They don't make you feel jittery or too hyper. And they help you control your appetite while you are dieting, so that you don't get too hungry as you eat less calories throughout the day. I bought a whole stash of other diet pills, but I think they have too much unexpected side-effects for me. Leantone Max didn't give me any kind of weird side-effect at all. If I didn't take the pills, I probably would have over-eaten a lot of times since I have a huge appetite.
If you live close to or inside of Ktown, and if you're thinking about getting a personal trainer. I HIGHLY recommend that you hire this guy, Tiger. I SERIOUSLY wouldn't be driving through an hour of traffic week after week, month after month, just so I can train with some average trainer. Actually, even if you feel like you don't need a trainer, I still say you hire this guy. Tiger will probably change your attitude and views about personal training. And he'll make you look better than you've ever looked before in your life.
